Stephen Powers has more than 30-years of experience as an entrepreneur, producer and chief executive in entertainment and consumer electronics. Powers’ numerous credits include the Grammy-winning John Lee Hooker album, The Healer, featuring Bonnie Raitt and million-selling soundtrack albums featuring Tina Turner, Joe Cocker, Duran Duran and The Beach Boys. During his 5-year tenure as President of loudspeaker manufacturer, M&K Sound, the Oscar for Best Sound Design was awarded every year to recording engineers mixing only on M&K studio monitors (those films included Star Wars and The Titanic).
